Exchange/Refund

We offer an exchange / refund within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for return, the items must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition in which they were received. The item must have original tags still attached and must have original packaging.

Failure to these conditions not being met may result in loss of refund.

Shipping Returns

To return an item please contact us and we will give you full instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the item has been received and accepted we will process the refund excluding delivery costs.
